How it works
One conversation. Handled properly.
I
Tell JIG what you need
Talk or type — chauffeur, stay, club access, or something bespoke.
II
JIG captures the detail
Date, party size, occasion, preferences — gathered naturally, a couple of questions at a time.
III
The team confirms
A real person from JIG reviews it and confirms directly with you.
IV
You're sorted
Urgent requests are flagged and prioritised — you'll hear back shortly either way.
Worth knowing: JIG can have the full conversation and capture every detail perfectly, but can't check live availability, quote firm prices, or confirm a booking on its own — that's by design. Every request gets a human's eyes on it before anything's final.
Birmingham, through and through
Built on a city that never plays it quiet
JIG's roots are Birmingham, UK — the country's second city, with more miles of canal than Venice and a music scene that runs from warehouse nights in Digbeth to today's Afrobeats, Amapiano, bhangra and grime.
That energy is what JIG arranges around. We're a private, invite-grown network, and every client is here to feel looked after, not processed — whether you're a regular who just needs "the usual, Saturday," or new to JIG entirely.
